Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

By adding PulseVendor (the "Bot") to a Discord server, or by interacting with it as a user, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove the Bot from your server immediately.

1. Acceptance of Platform Rules

When using PulseVendor, you must adhere to the official Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines. Any violation of Discord's platform policies while utilizing this Bot will lead to a permanent block from our services.

2. Bot Commands & Interaction Rules

⚠️ 3. High-Impact & Destructive Features

PulseVendor contains advanced server mechanics, including an optional Danger Mode (v0) capable of altering channel layouts, structural ordering, and accessibility permissions. By executing commands in this mode, server administrators acknowledge that they accept full responsibility for these modifications.

4. Technical Resource Limitations

To ensure fair operational speeds for all users, PulseVendor relies on automated resource pools (such as server energy pools and cyclic usage boundaries). Attempting to bypass these automated cooling intervals or cycle controls is strictly prohibited.

5. Service Limitations & Disclaimer

PulseVendor is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developer, Astro, offers no structural guarantees that the service will remain permanently accessible, completely error-free, or unaffected by cloud platform latency. The developer assumes no legal liability for accidental server layout changes, missing operational history, or configuration resets.
